At first, you commute to another job in another town. And that works for a while. But after 5 years, a better solution is needed. Business Answers Consulting became the answer to that business question. It was started in 2006 by Mary Youngblut, an experienced business leader with a solid background in virtually all aspects of running businesses. With 23 years at the Sensing and Control division of Honeywell, plus additional stints at IDEAL Industries (a manufacturing company providing products for electricians) and Advanced Technology Services (an industrial services company) the consulting role allows her to focus her practical, results oriented perspective on those areas of business about which she is most passionate: Strategic Planning Strategic Direction Business Focus and Growth Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Business Process Improvement Functional Performance Improvement
